Cowon earphones haven’t received enough attention and even when you Google one will hardly find any reviews on its products. Of course they have been published and recommended on the COWON official website as an ideal product for their MP3 music player J3 which are known for their fantastic sound quality and multiple features.
As compared to price to quality COWON SE2 scores well. Of course there are many more available in the market but better quality and features but they all cost above Rs.1, 000/- and COWON SE2 cost anywhere between Rs.450/- to Rs.550/-. They are very clear and crisp and are the best companions on any MP3 player. COWON SE2 performs great with any genre of music take it from hard rock to even western classical or you may even extend to Carnatic music – they sound great and fits within budget perfectly. They may not be the best but they are good and are also below Rs.600/-
If you are looking for best earphones available in the market – COWON SE2 could just be the best. COWON SE2 is a wired earphone and the ear buds give a comfortable fit inside your ears. It has a sleek, simple and compact design with 3.5 mm audio jack connectivity and it comes in 2 colors – black and white.
They fit comfortably in users ears and they also have ear pads in 3 different sizes which could comfortably fit almost all types of ear canals. It has an emerging bass sound but if you like listening to mega large-mouth bass sound – then COWON SE2 cannot be a great choice and you may have to look for any other brand with some extra price. But if color balanced scheme of frequencies interests you COWON SE2 does a fantastic job with an equally fantastic budget. But just ensure you get a warm up period in case if the piece that you purchased is defective and if you have warm up period it can be replaced immediately.
Not very sure how they sound with an i-Pod with but COWON MP3 players they are a great companion and gives satisfactory results.
