Do not make the error of wearing anything loose, whether skirt or pants, with oversized cardigans, which could be the disaster of the season.
Wrap cardigans: these are not as loose as oversized cardigans, but have a longer y-length and cascades on the front. It looks very feminine and graceful. All you need is to pair them with well fitted clothes under it. Skinny jeans or knee length pencil skirts will do well. If you are wearing traditional Indian, go for straight cut well fitting kurti or kameez with leggings or churidar for lowers.
