Result for the WBJEE is declared and the Counselling will begin soon

The result for the entrance exam for Engineering and Pharmacy was declared on 5^th June, 2017. The candidates who all have appeared in the entrance exam can download their rank card online. The important dates regarding the entrance exam are

• The entrance exam was being conducted on 23^rd April, 2017
• The result for the entrance exam declared on 5^th June, 2017
• The counseling for the admissions will be done in 2^nd week of June, 2017

Counselling

The result for the entrance exam for Engineering, Pharmacy and Architecture was declared on 5^th June, 2017. The candidates who all have appeared in the entrance exam can their result on the official website of exam conducting authority.

The WBJEE Counselling  will be conducted by  West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board i.e. WBJEEB for the admissions to various colleges, institutes and technical institutes in the West Bengal for the various degree courses in Engineering, Architecture and Pharmacy.

The entrance exam was conducted in Pen and Paper based test on 23^rd April, 2017. The separate merit list will be issued for various courses namely Engineering, Pharmacy and Architecture. Candidates who will qualify the entrance exam will be called out for WBJEE counselling 2017 and hence allotment of seats will be done. The result of the entrance exam will also be made available on various portals.

The result for the admission to the engineering, architecture and pharmacy level courses in West Bengal the candidate have appeared can download from the online portal. The candidates can even register their roll number and mobile numbers in advance on various sites to get free SMS alerts regarding the entrance exam. For checking the result, the candidate will have to type their roll number and date of birth on the official portal.

How to check the result?

In order to access the result of the entrance exam, the candidate will have to follow the given steps-

• First of all, the candidates will have to visit the official website of the exam conducting authority i.e. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board.
• There the candidate will have to search for the result tab on the home page and click on it.
• A new page requiring the details of the candidate appears on the screen
• Candidates will have to fill in all the required details and submit them. The details required will be roll number and date of birth of the candidate which should match as mentioned on the admit card
• After, the submission the candidate will be made available with the result of the entrance exam
• Now, the candidate can either download the soft copy of the result of the entrance exam or can take the print out of the result as required and maintain it till the process of admission gets over as downloaded result will be considered valid.
