Samsung Galaxy Camera Specification, Review and Price in India

At present, Samsung has cut the value of its Android-based Galaxy camera in India.This camera was launched in the month of November, 2012 in India with a price tag of Rs. 29,900INR. But now the company has currently cut the value to the camera to Rs. 26,500INR, for some online retailers, thereby offering the camera with an extra discount.

The Samsung Galaxy Camera has a 16.3-megapixel sensor with a f/2.8 aperture and 23mm-480mm lens that has 21x of optical zoom. Just below the hood, the samsung galaxy camera is power-driven by a 1.4GHz quad-core. It consists of a 4.8-inch S-LCD display with a  screen resolution of 1280×720 pixels translating into 308 ppi. This camera as well supports 3G connectivity via a micro-SIM, though it doesn’t have calling options.

The camera comes with 8GB of internal storage, 32GB expandable memory with a microSD card. The connectivity options of this camera includes 3G ,HSPA+ 21Mbps, HDMI ,  Bluetooth V4, WiFi a/b/g/n, WiFi HT40 and GPS. Apart from this, the camera also has 1,650 mAh battery that Samsung declares will last up to seven hours. The foremost attention-grabbing feature of Galaxy Camera is that it is power-driven by Google’s android 4.1 and thus you’ll be able to run any android application on this camera.

Earlier Samsung launched a less expensive Wi-Fi-only version of the camera, and there is no evidence that it can come back to India.
