HTC Butterfly is the international version of HTC Droid dna, which was a US-specific smartphone launched earlier in Japan under  the name ‘J Butterfly’. The Butterfly is also  the first smartphone to sport a 1080p display.

The phone isn’t any longer paying homage to the HTC One style, though with an analogous approach, the HTC Butterfly could be another very elegant and complex smartphone. In fact, the attractive 1080p display is just breathless, and even retina display bows right down to the 440ppi index.

Though video calling isn’t a possibility over 3G on the Butterfly, it also doesn’t support the Indian 4G network bands.
