Everyday we she the invention or launch of new gadgets. Some will excel simply on their brand name and others will because of the unique nature of the gadget. This is why I love gadgets we get to see a lot of things unfold and most gadgets are just for fun but some really make life easier. 2013 promises to be a very exciting year for new gadgets and huge advances in the technology behind these gadgets.
Here are my 3 favorite gadgets for 2013:
Xbox 720
The Xbox 720 has been long overdue and it will finally be launched this summer. For all gaming fans this is huge because if like me you have stayed true to Xbox then you will know that the Xbox 360 is a bit out-dated but know with this revelation with the Xbox it should excel in all areas. The latest intelligence that has been leaked from a Microsoft presentation is that the game console will include a Blu Ray player, the ability to record from live TV, 3D gaming and a renewed kinect device that will supposedly work with reality glasses. These glasses also come with a lanyard strap to hang from your neck when not in use. It’s though that the Xbox 720 will be powered by 8GB of RAM and a quad-core processor making it a hell of a lot more powerful than current gaming consoles.
Google Project Glass
Sergey Brin won’t stop at just being the founder of Google, as he wants to take his love for technology a little bit further with Google’s project glass. He love the internet so much that he wants to be on it as much as he can during the day so he has found a way to literally be on it all the time. Project glass overlays information from the web such as messages from friends, weather reports & map directions through one of the glasses lenses. The glasses are also fitted with a small camera to allow you to take photographs or video with ease & store on a small datacard or upload to social media. It really is a great piece of tech and I will be the first to use it when it comes out.
Samsung S9 4K TV
At CES 2013 Samsung launched the new 85-inch ultra high definition TV, the Samsung S9. This is by far the largest 4K TV and accompanied by its very unique design it certainly makes it stand out from the crowd of TV’s. The TV sits in a frame named by Samsung as the ‘Timeless Gallery Frame’, which makes the TV, appear to be floating. The frame also stores a 120-watt speakers which should provide the luxury of a home entertainment system.
