Fun games to play in your Christmas holidays

Christmas time is the most wonderful time of the year. Nice winter with cozy mornings and hot chocolate really brightens up the holiday season. Upon us, the chance of meeting our family and friends and socializing arises again. We all love the Christmas season and when our family gets together, there are a lot of things we can do. 1.Screw nuts tower – 

This game is a fun one to play with your family and friends. Just grab some empty bolt nuts and a small stick. Screw nuts would be preferable here. Then, challenge the player to stack up the nuts on one above another with a time limit. For example, you take 20 seconds timer with 20 nuts to be stacked. The least time taken to complete the tower becomes the winner. And if the nut falls, the tower must be constructed from the base again. This game needs a combination of steady hands and concentration to win.

2.Face cookie challenge – 

Almost all of us know this game and have seen it somewhere at least. If not, don’t worry as we will explain it here. Face cookie is a game where the player places a cookie on their forehead and just with facial expressions tries to move and eat it. This game seems simple on reading but is much harder in real life. The expressions that we do to eat the cookie are funny and often an entertain for the spectators. Make sure the cookie doesn’t fall on the floor because that would result in the elimination of the player. Even adults try hard to win this game but with just proper head adjustment and prediction, one can win it.

3.Balloon and the couple- 

All of our family members can participate in this game. May it be your mom, dad or uncle-aunt, brother and his wife or anyone. Preparations for this game are quite simple. Before the game starts just bow up some balloons and keep them ready. Before starting the game, place both of them in such a way that their backs are facing each other. Then, place a balloon in the middle of the couple and tell them to hold it with their backs. Then compete with different couples to race without falling the balloon on the ground. The fastest couple to the finish line wins.

4.Alphabets in the reverse order – 

This game may seem easy but once we try to recite the alphabets backward it becomes comparatively tough. Especially, try playing this with children as they have a sharp memory and lateral thinking abilities, they can perform this better, even if not, it’s always fun to hear what they are saying. Even adults can participate in this game and test their alphabets skills. Don’t forget to put a timer on the recitation durations to get the winner. For memories, record the recitation to laugh and look back on good days.
