A mixture of chopped garlic, onions, blended ginger, mushroom, olive oil, coconut milk and a pinch of salt is bound to taste great. Ingredients
Blended ginger
Chopped garlic and onions
120 grams of mushroom
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of pepper
4 cups of coconut milk
Olive oil
Procedure
Pour the oil in a pan and heat for a few minutes. Add the garlic, onions, ginger, salt and pepper to the oil. Next, add the mushroom and allow it to become brown.
Now, add the coconut milk and leave it to boil for a few minutes. Don’t allow the sauce overheat and become too thick, should this happen add some hot water and let the mixture boil for short while.
Mushroom and coconut sauce is a great meal that is bound to not only satisfy you cravings but will leave you feeling healthy. It’s really easy to prepare mushroom and coconut sauce and this tasty meal can be served as a complete meal or may stand well with others as a side dish.
