The Most Amazing Places In Europe

In your travels around Europe you might have encountered many amazing places that you immediately fell in love with. Maybe it was in the air, the atmosphere of the centuries in the old cities of continental Europe. Maybe it was simple countryside with spectacular views of fields and vineyards sunk in the sun. If you still haven’t decided where to move or if it might be the right time to move, here are some tips for further consideration.
Firenze, Italy
This city was once a great medieval center of Italian business and traders, the home of the first banks in the world founded amongst others by the great family of Medici. Their legacy, beautiful gardens and cathedrals remains as a main landmark of the centre of the city. You can find pieces of history around the every corner, whether it belongs to recent or the more distant past. The peaceful Arno River separates the city, and offers many beautiful sights from it’s bridges. One location offers luxury gold and diamond jewellery right at the place where it has been traded for many centuries.
Athens, Greece
Although the ancient and modern capital of Greece share the name at most, due to work of many people some projects succeed to preserve the side next to each other rather untouched. That means that once you walk down the centre of Athens, along the headquarters of international companies and the Greek Parliament, you can still see at the other side of the city monuments that made it to the history books. One of the most spectacular views from the city is offered from the ancient hill, Agora. Agora was the meeting place where ancient Athenians used to have their political debates, from here you can see to Pantheon monument on the Acropolis.
Sicily, Italy
Whether you are inclined to the modern and touristic centre of north, Palermo, or you prefer more quiet and historical cities, like Syracuse or Catania, the biggest Italian island in the Mediterranean sea won’t disappoint. Sicily offers many historical sights, great tours into nature, clean cities, beautiful beaches and even a chance to see the volcano with your own eyes. The rich history of the Sicily is spread everywhere around and you will be guessing for many years, what it was that affected this great place the most, the ancient Greeks or Romans, medieval times, the renaissance, the 20th and 21th centuries.

Corsica, France
If you are looking for a place where you can take a hike to breathe some fresh air in the mountains anytime and don’t want to get bored lying around the sunny beaches in front of your house, you have found it in Corsica. North parts of this island are more known to tourists for example beaches in Calvi. Other parts may not be that attractive to tourists, yet, on the other hand that may be a positive thing if you are looking for a way out from the big city life. There is something for everyone who wishes to see amazing places all over the island. Buying a house on the beautiful sunny beach might be the best investment you have ever made.
